Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for bookings made with Avanish Maruti.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for confirmed bookings that have been successfully cancelled as per the cancellation policy.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the cancellation request through any of the following modes:

  • Letter
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Booking Cancellation Form
3. Required Details for Refund

Customers must provide complete and accurate bank account details before the refund is initiated, including:

  • Cancelled cheque OR
  • Passbook copy
4. Refund Payment Method
  • Refunds will be credited only to the customer's designated bank account.
  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Notification

Customers will be notified once the refund has been successfully processed.
