Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy is effective from 16 July 2025 and applies to all bookings made with Avanish Maruti.

1. Booking Cancellation
  • Only confirmed bookings are eligible for cancellation.
  • Customers must visit or contact the dealership to initiate cancellation.
2. Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted at the dealership:

  • Original Customer Docket with all forms
  • Original Booking Receipt (if available)
  • Booking Cancellation Form
3. Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests can be submitted through:

  • Letter
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Booking Cancellation Form
4. Processing Timeline

Once the cancellation request is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated as per the refund policy.

5. Important Notes
  • Incomplete documentation may delay the cancellation process.
  • The dealership reserves the right to verify all submitted documents before processing cancellation.
