Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy is effective from 16 July 2025 and applies to all bookings made with Avanish Maruti.
1. Booking Cancellation
- Only confirmed bookings are eligible for cancellation.
- Customers must visit or contact the dealership to initiate cancellation.
2. Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted at the dealership:
- Original Customer Docket with all forms
- Original Booking Receipt (if available)
- Booking Cancellation Form
3. Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests can be submitted through:
- Letter
- Email
- WhatsApp
- SMS
- Booking Cancellation Form
4. Processing Timeline
Once the cancellation request is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated as per the refund policy.
5. Important Notes
- Incomplete documentation may delay the cancellation process.
- The dealership reserves the right to verify all submitted documents before processing cancellation.
